    Lightbulb Bug (2.4x): Elusive Jump behaves incorrectly

    Since 2.4 the behavior of Dragoon's Elusive Jump skill is incorrect. Instead of flying through the air as a jump, it drops you to the lowest position along the path. This is not how a jump should behave, and is clearly a regression introduced in 2.4 along with a similar (non-jumping) Ninja skill. It should not drop you to the ground until reaching the jump endpoint as originally implemented.

    The new buggy elusive jump looks bad and can have unexpected results in combat. This skill was also used widely by noborist enthusiasts, and breaking it has removed a fun aspect exploring the world.

    Please acknowledge the change to Elusive Jump is a bug and plan to fix it in an upcoming patch.

    If so they should have renamed it Elusive Slide.
    But I'll wait to hear from a more authoritative source regarding whether the behavior regression is a bug as I believe.
