New to Fishing, Need some help

Hey everyone! I'm still a fairly new player( been on only bout 3 months). I was wondering- are there any sites/wikis I can look up to find out where, and at what level, I can catch certain fish for turn ins and crafting? It drives me nuts that the Fishers don't get a list like MIN/BTN do for there items; any info would be much appreciated.
