Just for those who don't know, if you happen to die in a dungeon at the last boss who is required for the book, you don't get it even if the dungeon is cleared.. so when you wait for avg 30 mins on duty finder and happen to be at a full run dungeon, be sure not to die.

Also to note, even if you die, if you res at before the time of the boss being killed, you will still receive credit no matter where you are in the dungeon.
