    Do housing plots stop going down in price after 30 days?

    I been looking for this answer for a few days and all I could dig up was that they are half their starting price after 30 days, but never said anything about stopping after 30 days. In short I wanted to confirm from someone that knows (for sure) that it does stop so I know that buying my house now is a good/bad idea.

    the housing price drop to half in the period of 30 days, after that the price will remain as it is
