Thread: <Modified> Recruiting for 2.4

We are recruiting for a number of different groups with a range of play styles. Some are more hardcore/casual than others. We always welcome exceptional applicants regardless of open spots.

Group 1: Filled. t10, t11, t12 down. Raids 9-12:30 EST Mon-Thurs
Group 2: Needs a WAR. t10, t11 down. Raids 8-12 EST Mon-Thurs
Group 3: Needs a BLM or SMN. t10 down. Raids 9-12 EST Tues-Thurs
Group 4: Needs a BRD. t10, t11 down. Raids 9-12 EST Mon-Thurs

We are a tight-knit, competitive guild that has achieved a number of server firsts on Gilgamesh. We killed Savage 6, 8, and 9 during patch 2.3. We were top10 t10, world 3rd t11, world 5th t12 in the first few days of patch 2.4. Personally, I have been raiding in MMOs for almost 10 years, and playing with this guild has by far been the most fun I’ve had gaming. We get along well, have a blast screwing around, and we kill internet dragons.

We expect applicants to be able to make raid times. We are only interested in people dedicated to playing XIV into the foreseeable future, maintaining that same level of commitment. We expect potential recruits to understand the ins and outs of their class, and have the drive and dedication to crush new content.

2.4 : World First Shiva EX, Top10 Turn 10, World 3rd Turn 11, World 5th Turn 12


What we expect from applicants:

Be able to take constructive criticism
Be a PC player that uses a Mouse & Keyboard
Use Mumble with a headset and push to talk
Be fun to play with
Be active in game and community
Make all of our raid times
Cleared all Second Coil turns, preferably 10+ times (Not necessary for all groups)
Be i105+ (Not necessary for all groups)


What to expect from us:

A structured FC and raid environment
A light-hearted but driven raid group
A diverse community of people online (in game and on Mumble) outside of scheduled raid times (read: a bunch of nerds doing nerd things)
