Forcing Duty Finder to be better, we need a degrading system!

Soo i was like omg theres so much new players , that get to play with stubborn, overgeared, i want to be done in 5 min players all the time.

My idea is we need a degrading system for duty finder.

Wich could look like this :

Everytime u get grouped with an lower ilvl player then u , and u try to speed run the dungeon u get degraded.

Everytime u give a silly comment , ull get degraded as well.

Everytime u kick someone coz the dps/heal or whatever didnt suffice ur over the blue blue skye expectations , u get degraded as well.

Everytime u pull a boss before the cutscene for a new player finished , u get degraded.

Everytime u tell someone to skip a cutscene u get degraded to.

Everytime u think ur time is more worth then someone else , u can leave the dungeon and get a free degrade! (No 30 min Lock out timer! Like the current system)

If u get 1 degrade ur ilvl will be reduced by 10 for 1 week!
if u get 2 degrades ur ilvl will be reduced by 30 for 1 week!
If u get 3 degrades in 1 week , u loose all of ur tomestones, and ur ilvl will be reduced by 50 for 1 week!

Sounds pretty good for me :P
