"Grabbing Crabs" Levequest accepted but not accepted.

In-Game Time:
Day Time. I don't know the in-game time since this issue occurred over a year ago.

Steps:
1. I accepted "Leves of Swiftperch"
2. I went to Swygskyf to do his trial leve, "Grabbing Crabs".
3. I clicked accept, but the server lagged and it declined the quest.
4. Now when I go to Swygskyf he seems to be under the impression that I have the quest accepted, but I do not have the quest in my log and I cannot initiate it or complete it because it is not in my log.

Please help!

Is the quest showing up in your log?

What does the NPC say when you initiate a dialog with them?

You are correct, the quest "Grabbing crabs" does not appear in my log.

When I speak to Swygskyf he says the following:

"How do ye fare? Levequests ain't the easiest jobs in the world, but I reckon yer equal to the task."

Then the game proceeds to display a notice with the following:

"Open your journal under duty in the main menu, and begin the selected levequest by pressing the "initiate" button."

But I can't do that because I don't have the quest in my log lol. I can provide screenshots, if necessary.

Thank you. I truly hope we can get this fixed as soon as possible. I have been having this issue for over a year now and it has never been fixed, despite my husband and I having submitted multiple bug reports.

GM Enkrateia contacted Canthor today and fixed the quest for him!!

I gotta say...congrats! I've seen you guys stick with it on this problem since forever ago on these forums, and it's nice to see it finally get resolved after all the crap you put up with. XD
