I've posted this on my own LS's board, and I guess I should share it with the community. I guess maybe if more people knew where and what, they'd be doing it, eh? Anyway, a quick guide from R10 to 50:

Note that the reasons for designating Light PT or Full PT is due to mob count and long respawns. It does not mean that a Full PT is required to grind at these camps. If I've missed a place or you have something to add, please feel free.
EDIT:
¹ I want to add that a lot of people are saying that they're running out of Young Raptors going in at the early 30's. It may very well be that this camp, given the range of their ranks, it be best to go in 35-39.
Additionally, it seems that between the Assassins and Antlings in Thanalan, the best range for that area is also 35-39. Of course, you can go as early as 30, but don't expect to be as efficient in some cases.
Again, with the Amalj'aa camps at Broken Water, you can go in as early as R30, but the camp is more efficient if you can make use of all three Amalj'aan camps which are better handled by the mid-30's.
² The Firedrakes have a strong full AoE that will hit any melee in the mix. Preferably at least 1 Conjurer to clean up the dmg that Stoneskin can't soak up.
EDIT: Added this within the thread as well, but if you want to find the right place for soloing, try going to a camp listed here with 1 or 2 ranks above the cap I have listed for it. You can, but I don't suggest you use Efts or Skeletons for soloing, as Efts have high DEF/HP and you can't drain HP/MP from skeletons.
I've noticed mobs that aggro have a higher SP bonus than normal mobs. The only situation where normal would be =/+ would be same range but higher concentration.
