    [NA] NA/European Data Center Several Worlds Technical Difficulties (Aug. 25)

    We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the North American/European data center wherein players are unable to log into several Worlds on FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.
    Additionally, we are also experiencing technical difficulties with several North American/European Data Center Worlds wherein players are disconnected from certain instances and unable to log back in.

    The issue is being investigated and addressed, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    [NA] NA/EU Data Center Several Worlds Technical Difficulties (Aug. 25): Follow up

    We would like to update you concerning the previously announced technical difficulty we are experiencing with several Worlds in the North American/European data center.

    Currently, players on the Cactuar/Faerie/Sargatanas/Diabolos Worlds, as well as some players who were participating in instances on the North American/European data center Worlds, continue to be unable to log in.

    We are continuing to work on recovery, but because there is a malfunction of the database server equipment, recovery may take a further 4-5 hours longer. We will keep you updated on the situation.

    As a result of this issue, there is a possibility that some characters which were affected may experience a short data rollback of about one minute. We apologize, and ask for your understanding.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
