We have commenced the previously announced process of transferring PlayOnline IDs to Square Enix Accounts.

We respectfully ask our customers to complete the transfer of their PlayOnline IDs to Square Enix Accounts by following the steps in the special webpage below dedicated to the transfer process.

This is an announcement concerning transfers to Square Enix Accounts.

Customers who have reactivated Content IDs, purchased additional expansions, performed world transfers, or made any other additional purchases during the month of July, will not be able to complete the transfer process until after the monthly maintenance scheduled for the end of this month.
