    Auto attack on/off option.

    I know for the actual melee classes that's not a choice really.

    But for the archers/DoM's I think it would be useful if not actually needed imo.
    The only use I've seen it have so far is to break crowd control, which obviously isn't making it helpful.

    For me personally the rare times I use it are almost always unintentional, and always seem to be right after rooting a mob so I can gain range on it again with absolutely nothing I can do to stop it happening.

    I agree. It won't happen (or would be like this already since i've been asking it since AA was announced) but if they really bring balance to basic actions recast, i would love seeing a /autoattack off command.

    I never had problems dealing with my classes manually (actually they felt much more alive that way...those who complained about "F1 spam" never actually knew how to play this game...because at least for me it was like a piano, rarely having to press the same button more than once in a row) and, even though i understand the usefulness of AA, an option of turning it off woud still be godsend IMO.

    I need this so that my self buffs don't get wasted on an auto attack while I'm buffing myself and waiting to stack skills in a Battle Regimen.

    I never said anything about Auto Attack previously because I don't have much gaming experience, so I figured that the developers knew what they were doing. But now that Auto Attack is implemented, I keep wishing I could turn it off.

    My problem with Auto Attack is that in order to cast spells such as pre-battle buffs or nock arrows with Multishot, etc.; you need to have a target selected and locked. I usually target lock the enemy we plan to attack, then start casting my spells or doing other preparations.

    Of course I could target myself or a party member, but then once battle starts acquiring a real target in crowded situations can be very difficult.


    I play DoM mainly and have never felt the battles were boring. Quite the opposite, I found them to be very dynamic with:
    - Managing AoE vs. Single target
    - Maneuvering to avoid attacks
    - Maneuvering to get within heal or buff range of my party members
    - Attacking whenever possible
    - Healing when necessary

    Auto Attack really only gets in the way for me, and the DoM and Archer attacks look kind of silly IMO.

    U sleeped mob, u try to turn around and run away. And...... Ops u auto-attacked it. Mob hit u, u died. Call for raise!
    Option to turn it off please.

    Being able to turn AA off would be nice also spells and abilities not making you go to active mode would be nice too, example Quickstride.

    Engaged Autoattack [ON] / Disengaged Autoattack [OFF] || TARGED UNLOCKED [OFF] / TARGED LOCKED (Attive)[ON]
    This is not the problem...It would be better using boost abilities like Invigorate, RS, Ferocity, Quelling, Diversion ect remaining on pasive mode w/o autoattack the mob. Then there should be made certain changes to the skills. ES -> Invigorate gives TP also standing in passive mode.
    I used to run and use abilities that slow me, turnin on attive mode.. and I think that interrupts the fluidity of the gameplay. I know is an IT++ work, but it would be ideal to use the boost-skills and/or magics while running. I understand how time-consuming to bring these changes to the animations and that the SE already got a plane.
    However it's not a criticism or a dream, it's just what I think would be better for the game o/

    better get just to AA theyre not going to change that, they actually said in a post i saw on reinheart thread that they want to change DoM so they do spells in passive mode so they dont hit the mobs when casting sleep, but you know that if you dont target the mob you wont be hitting it.
