FATE's time remain & other details aren't display when mouse over

I've been contact support center via e-mail and have been advised to post here.
This is my first time using forum so I wish I didn't post wrong place.

Time: Always, during login
Frequency: Always
World name: Chocobo
Character name: Lamento Guarita
NPC name: -
Monster name: -
Class/Level: Bard/50
Party or solo: Solo
Race: Miqo'te male
In-game time: Always, during login
Area and coordinates: Every map...
Steps:
1. Open the map by using square button
2. Use controller right stick to roll over the cursor on occuring FATE
3. FATE's name, as well as time remaining are not display
4. I move to Party Finder window, using direction button on controller to move cursor on free DPS icon.
5. No detail of what DPS to join the party, I was Bard at the time so I thought that icon stated no Bard... because I cannot see the details
