Can I report someone on another server?

I think I am right in saying in instanced duties you can be placed with people form another server. I would like to make a compliant against someone who repeatedly tried to cause wipes in the dungeon and openly admitted to be trolling the group. As soon as I left the instanced raid I searched for him by name, however it did not appear leading me to believe he is on another server. What can I do in this situation?

yes you can just say it was in the DF, if it was real trolling maybe someone pissed him/her off.
as many people whine about nothing.

I've had this come up multiple times; and yes. The GM will usually request you include the offending player's home server, since multiple characters across the server have the same name. You can do this by searching on the Lodestone for the person who did it.

Sadly, there is no way to blacklist someone across servers. If only...
