Disciples of the Zodiac / Zodiac Crash

As we get nearer and nearer more expansions such as 3.0... it would be wise to start thinking of even more mechanics for the players themselves to use in battle. I was discussing this with a friend of mine, and came up with the "Zodiac Crash" system. This system would Unlock hidden abilities in your current jobs, and put them into overdrive for a limited amount of time.

The skill to do this is called "Zodiac Crash," it will temporarily crack open your Soul Crystal of your current job, to unleash the powerful aether trapped within the soul crystal. This aether will transform you into an Enlightened Job. The Job skill bar (Mount Guide / Pet Hotbar depending on class/job) will replace all of your current skill bars. Your TP and MP will deplete instantly upon using the Zodiac Crash, and all skills on this special hotbar will cost zero TP or MP based on the job/class. You will receive a 30 Second to 1 Minute Buff until you are booted from this special Enlightened form. (Exiting Combat will also boot the form back to its Un-Enlightened Job.) These safeguards are in place so that players / etc. cannot run rampant with this kind of power.
