Some questions on buying our house.

I've read over quite a bit on the FC Housing system but still have a few questions:

Once we've purchased our Plot, we need to purchase Construction Permit. Do we need to have the Exterior Wall, Roof, Door and Window ready to use or does the Construction Permit provide a default version of these?

Outside of purchasing the Plot and the Construction Permit, are there any other essential, required costs that we need to be ready to pay?

All you'll have to worry about is the purchase of the plot itself, then the construction permit.

The construction permit covers the whole house (exterior wall, roof, windows, door, etc) as well as the interior walls etc. You get a choice of wood, composite, or stone, and the permit creates a house of that type. But, thereafter, you can change the walls, the roof, etc when you please.

Outside of that, nothing else is "required" to have the house up and running.
