Sightseeing Log - Locations

Hey everybody. Sorry if this is a stupid question or if it has been answered already but do the sightseeing logs have to be done in order? I haven't done the first one yet but I tried to do the one in the Leatherworkers guild and couldn't get it to work. Thanks for any help.

If you have unlocked the Log by completing the initial quest, you can do the first 20 in any order, of which the Leatherworker's Guild is one. If it didn't work, be sure that you're
a) Standing at the right spot (the chat log will state "You have arrived at a vista!")
b) Doing the right emote (it's not always /lookout)
c) Doing it during the right weather (and beware - similar weathers such as Fair and Clear or Rain and Showers are differentiated)
d) Doing it at the right time of day

I can confirm that I got it. At 5 AM; Fair, Lookout

#71 is 5am-6am, fair and /lookout.

I got mine in between those hours, but if someone wants to wait it out until just before 8am, then we can confirm the times.

Since they are working atm for private housing issue with teleports trying to fix it this week we can just hope they gonna fix #32 as well.
No words so far though.

Guess all I have to do now is wait for Thunderstorm in South shroud and Fair (Noon) Coerthas; then I have to wait until they fix 32 and I'm done...
