I believe no.41 is (16,22) Central Shroud (exit via White Wolf Gate in Gridania) on the tree trunk bridge to Sanguine Perch. Currently foggy, but strongly suspect that it's Clear and Daytime.

#31 is (12,22) Upper La Noscea, Oakwood. Very tip of Thalos' biggest fin. It's /lookout after noon in Clear weather. **confirmed**

Confirm, #31, Upper La Noscea (12,22) very tip top of a huge bone sticking out of the ground, starts at 12pm, Clear Skies, /Lookout.
