Sacred Dawn was founded in August 2010 shortly before the release of Final Fantasy XIV. We are a social linkshell that also really enjoys dabbling in the challenges this game has to offer! Sacred Dawn exists as a home for people that enjoy playing video games without turning it into a career. It's now been a year since we began, and our LS is bursting with activity! We setup leve parties, grind parties, faction leves, and do dungeon runs together. We've also gotten enough people high enough in level to be able to hunt NM's and get the gear everyone needs!

About Us

Many of us have different playing styles, some being more casual or more hardcore players, but Sacred Dawn is for coming together as a team and as a family, playing to each persons strengths no matter how much free time they have to spend on the game. We recruit anyone of any class and level because we feel that if we're doing our job as an LS, then we can help newer players learn the game and help them level.

We also feel like FFXIV should never be played like a full-time job. We respect that people have RL priorities. For this purpose, we know that not everyone will have the time/urge to level something that people consider to be "the required setup" for endgame runs. We do what we can with what we have, as we've always done, and we've always ended up being able to surpass expectations.

Our History

Some of the founding members of the LS come from our FFXI Linkshell, TwilightEdge. TwilightEdge was a successful social and endgame linkshell that mostly did Sky and Limbus. Now we’ve come together again to play FFXIV and enjoy each other’s company. Some of us have been together for years, however that hasn't stopped us from making new friends and getting to know new people! Our LS grows every single day, and we hope to have you too!

Our Goals

We do have our sights on Endgame in the future, however, that will not directly effect the Social aspects of our group. We will be making a separate LS on the side for Endgame events.
We want everyone to be able to get the experience and equipment they desire all while in a low-stress community of friends!

I've been looking for a LS on this server after my first one failed. Most are way too serious to invite someone they don't know, or too casual they never play. I'm in the middle, would love to play more of this game with a reliable LS, one of course that I can participate in. Hit me up in game. ^^
