Group chat?

Hi all,

I was talking to a fellow active PvP'er yesterday and we thought it'd be cool if we all had some way to reach each other! I made a character on Gilgamesh/Adamantoise so that I could find some of you but it gets a little difficult hopping servers.

I'm sure you've all had your fair share of 1-2 hour queues! It would be cool if we could all reach each other in some way to set up 4v4s or even let everyone know when you're queuing or if the queues are too long, someone might jump in and queue.

I was thinking a Skype group chat, obviously not going to ask you to post your skype's in this thread. Let me know if you have any other suggestions aside Skype. If you guys are interested in this let me know, and I can try to set it up!

I can be down with something like this... We typically always have at least some people on wanting queues to pop ourselves... or wanting 4's. (half the time we have to wait til we have 8 on so we can just 4v4 ourselves.. lol)

We could use IRC. Only thing i can think that is pretty simple. Also i am trying to get some games in right now!! So everyone que up please!!

The guys on Hyperion/Behemoth (Primal DC) know each others voice chat info to get in touch for 4v4. Between this and actually scheduling some nights when everyone is around, we have been able to create some fun competition.

That does sound nice! Would love to have some sort of consolidated chat for the Aether data center to arrange stuff, some people may not want to give out their voip info to others

I would honestly rather prefer skype ... just because I'm not on my mumble per say unless I have a reason to.. where skype has messaging/calls for such a thing. I don't tend to hang out on a voip server

After talking with a few others, IRC may be the best option? I'll do some exploring when I get the chance at home
