I'm having the same issues too. I was always a little laggy at certain times of the day, but since the recent patch it's made the game unplayable. Please fix.

Same for me the game is unplayable at this point.

some days i do get lag as well and playing on PS4.
Sometimes a restart sames to help but not always.
And hunting fates..... sooo much lag, it's Odin and Behemoth all over again

I don't think I've gone a day since 2.2 where I haven't been randomly given a 90k.

It's not so bad out in the open world doing Hunts e.t.c but as soon as I enter 2nd Coil for example I get 90k'd nearly every 10 minutes and it's making me look REALLY bad to my fellow FC members who don't get the issue.... it's extremely obnoxious.

I get the usual "just restart your modem/router bla bla bla" but funny enough TS still works fine, never disconnects, I can open Firefox and do whatever just fine when I get 90k'd so it is NOT my PC...

I get some pretty horrible lag too, though I don't see it as a problem, I just alter the times I play to make sure availability on my very slow connection isn't killing the game. I have a 1Mb down and 512 Kb up connection, trust me, if I'm not having really unplayable lag, the problem is likely to be elsewhere. Try checking the troubleshooting forums, some of them list ports that need to be unblocked or forwarded that your ISP may wind up causing issues with. It's a big first step and not one that is commonly thought of.

No you're absolutely right, the same thing happens to me on a daily basis. I can do crafting and open world stuff just fine sometimes. But the moment i go into an instance i 90k about every 5-10 minuites and it makes me look terrible to those i play

Not only are the individual hops on L3 ludicrously long, L3 seems to send it on an odyssey which makes the relic questline look short and sweet.

Plasmacutter, you should not list your publicly accessible IP address (hoping it's just a proxy server). Granted you are behind a router, but it can still be exploited by malicious users.

Square Enix. Please stop sitting on your hands and fix the awful lag on the Leviathan server. We all pay good money to have fun but as it stands at the moment several of my friends and I are seriously looking for another game. PLEASE HELP.

I'm getting these terrible consistent lags on Gilgamesh and it usually happens during peak times (19:00-23:00 EST). At these times, the game is unplayable for me. I can't run any dungeons and raiding is definitely a no go. Crafting is annoying, I miss crafting proccs during these stutters.

I've set up port forwarding for FFXIV but it didn't help at all. I'll probably let my current subscription run its course until this problem is fixed. No use supporting a game you can only play at certain times.

I can't stay connected for more than like 20-25 minutes. I can damn near set a clock by it. I get the 90k error. I have never had any connection problems until last night. Now the game is so frustrating. I get absolutely no lag at all while i am playing until that 20 minute mark. Then the game DCs. What is going on?
