Any way to have HUD presets?

I like to use a different HUD layout when healing. Is there a way to create presets so I can easily switch between different HUD configurations?

I would love this feature along with configuration presets. I play blm different from brd different from mnk. I will say since they are done globally the coding for it might take some time but it would be an awesome feature to profile an entire job not just their hbs.

Not exactly, although you can play around with hotbar options (sharing hotbars, slots, etc.; type /? hotbar in-game for a brief explanation) and make a macro with HUD Layout options so you can show/hide HUD elements whenever you switch jobs (again, type /? hud in-game for options and commands).
I know it's not what you are asking for, but I guess it can come in handy while we get those presets.

It's not exactly convenient, but if you're playing on PC (maybe PS3/4, I don't know if those have this feature or not), you can save your layout/options/etc. on the launcher through the Config button, and load it with the same button. So you could set up one layout, log out, save it, log in, set up the other layout, log out, save that with a different file name, etc. Then load up whichever one you want when you log in next.

It means exiting the game and logging back in every time you want to change your layout, but if you're moving/resizing things instead of just hiding/showing them, it might still be faster than doing that manually every time. If hiding/showing is all you're doing, /hotbar and /hud macros are the best bet, as Umo suggested.

True. Every single word (apart from me reading "conflagaration" instead of "configuration").
I need a lot more skills (because I macroed less) on my BLM than on my BRD. Healing jobs being an entire different thing again where I like to have the upper 3/4 of my screen completely clear and the party menu directly besides my skill bars.

The one change I can't seem to live without, is having the party list in a different spot.

I thought about saving and restoring different configs, but what a PITA.
