    So is this bottom for pricing?

    So what I remember from letter translations there was going to be a 25% price drop end of JAN & FEB on the small houses. Is this that? (Midgardsomr) (YES/NO?)

    Follow up question. The Medium and Large houses are also at basement prices also reaching their end of the depreciation rate now? (YES/NO?)

    tl;dr

    are houses at their basement value baring no other outside modification?
