パッチ1.22リリース目前ではありますが、パッチ1.22bでジョブ/クラスバランスの調整を行いますので、
その方針を下記に記載させて頂きます。
We are right behind 1.22 release but we are going to make adjustments for job/class balance in patch 1.22b so going to post that below.
複数のジョブ/クラス間バランスとモンスター/バトルコンテンツとの兼ね合いで、
一部効果については、一般的に言う「弱体」に当る修正も存在します。申し訳ございません。
For reasons of balancing between job/class and monster/battle content some effects will have changes where generally called "weakened(nerfed)". Sorry about this.
■戦士&斧術士の調整■
Adjustments to MRD/WAR
「できる限りの下方修正は行わない」という方針で、これまで調整を実施/検討してきましたが、
戦士に関しては「敵視が安定し、広範囲に高いダメージが出せ、防御力が高い」と、
あまりにも高性能化してしまったため、一部下方修正が発生します。
この点については、本当に申し訳ありません。
The direction is to "try as much as possible to not make downgrade changes" and we have been looking/making adjustments but for Warrior the hate is optimal, at same time can deal high damage and has high defense, it became too strong so parts of it will be down graded. For this one I am really sorry.
性能が高すぎる「スチールサイクロン」の性能調整が行われます。
また「バーサク」の効果上昇と「ワールウィンド」の攻撃力を強化し、
引き換えに「コルーション」の効果が調整されます。
"Steel Cyclone" will get adjustments since it is current too efficient.
Also we will increase effect of Berserk and increase the attack in Whirlwind
and adjust Collusion's effect.
■ナイト&剣術士■
Paladin and Gladiator
まずダメージの底上げを行うため
「ゴアブレード」「ライオットソード」「レイジオブハルオーネ」は、強化される予定です。
また、剣術士からナイトへジョブチェンジした際の最大HP減少特徴を無くし、
結果的に最大HPが増える調整がなされ、加えて、盾ガードの強化を行う予定です。
これ以外にも調整の過程で必要と判断されれば、ステータス/敵視関連にも、
調整が入る可能性があります。
To increase the damage we are planning to upgrade "Goring Blade" "Riot Blade" "Rage of Halone". Also when changing from gladiator to Paladin to make where you wont lose the maximum HP and instead increase the maximum HP, at same time increase the shield guard. Aside from this if we decide more adjustments are required we may adjust the status/enmity related stats also.
■竜騎士&槍術士■
Dragoon and Lancer
竜騎士&槍術士は戦闘時間の長い蛮神/レイドボスなどとの戦闘時に、
今以上のパフォーマンスを発揮できるように調整を検証中です。
基本的にはクリティカル時のダメージ上昇を増大させ、
想定しているジョブイメージに近づける調整となります。
For Dragoon and Lancer for long battles such as primals or raid bosses we are looking into making adjustments where you can perform much better than right now.
Basically to increase the damage when critical hits and to make it closer to the planned job image.

Regarding the server one small reply from YoshiP on Musashimaru's comment saying all we really need to solve this problem is to have global chat where you can hear the shouts from anywhere.
最後の難関は間違いなくこれなのは理解しているのですが、
別途Community Repから以前ポストさせて頂いた通り、
現状、シャウトを広範囲/ゾーン間で行うと、逆に負荷が増大してしまうのです……。
For the last issue I know this is it, but like the community rep posted previously by making the shout range wider or by zones it increases the process/loads......
Or have people ACTUALLY USE the search feature
They could always put a CD on how long you can shout from your last shout..might discourage people from using that over the search feature.
