現在、高品質アイテムには性能が同等でありながら複数の表記（+1、+2、+3）が混在していますが、すべての表記が+1に統合されます。
とありますが†装備の+３とかはどうなるんですかね？
It is stated that the current items have same stats but has different naming (+1, +2, and +3) but this will all be unified to display as +1. What will happen to dated gear with +3?

トピックスでお伝えしていますが、†付きアイテムはEx属性化され、HQアイテムの表記が+1に統一されるため、†付きHQ（+3）装備はEx属性HQ（+1）装備になります。
As mentioned in the topics dated items will have the Ex stats and all HQ naming will be unified to +1 display, therefor for dated gear with +3 stats will show as HQ(+1) with Ex stat gear.

スターダストBOX（だったかな？）での交換もOKですかね？
I think it was Stardust Box (I think) can we trade this as well?

季節イベントアイテム「スターダストBOX」は、素材アイテムではありませんのでNPCトレードによる交換対象にはなりません。
Seasonal event item Stardust BOX isn't a material item therefore you will not be able to trade with NPC for item.

実際に装備しているものとは別に、見た目重視の装備用スロットを用意して欲しいという要望は、開発チームにもちゃんと伝わっています。
We have received requests to have a slot for the looks of the gear aside from the actual gear you are equipping. Development team did receive this message for sure.

新生版ローンチ時に実装することはないものの、将来的には実装を検討していく予定です。
しばらくお時間をいただくことになりますが、それまでお待ちいただければと思います。
Although we can't release this at the timing of ARR launch but we are planning to look into this for the future. It will require some time but would appreciate if you could please wait until then.

ARR The Lodestone diaries Q/A

フィードバックありがとうございます。
2012年11月1日以降、現行The Lodestoneにはキャラクターデータが反映されなくなりますが、新生The Lodestoneへの移行後も一定期間は現行The Lodestoneにログインでき、日記等の機能を通常通り利用できます。
一定期間を過ぎると、現行The Lodestoneへはログインできなくなり、アーカイブスとしてのみ閲覧可能になります。

Although character data will not be reflectd on current The Lodestone post 11/01/2012 but even after moving to the new ARR The Lodestone you will be able to login to the current The Lodestone and use the current features such as diary. We are planning to be make it where you can't login to the current The Lodestone after some time and used only to view the archives.

上記を前提条件として、お寄せいただいた質問にいくつかお答えします。
With above information mentioned would like to answer some of the questions.

・記事のURLは変更になりますか？
外部サイトからリンクを張っていた場合に「リンク切れ」状態になるのかどうかを懸念しております。
変更になる場合、新URLにリダイレクトされるのであれば問題ありません。
Will the diary post URL change?
When you have a link from external site to the diary, worried about broken links. If it's going to change if it gets redirected to the new URL shouldn't be a problem.

アーカイブスとなる日記やLSフォーラムのURLは変更になる予定は現時点ではありません。
At current timing we have no plans of changing the URL for diary entries and LS forum that will become as archives.

・ファイル管理における画像のデータは引き継がれますか？
そのまま引き継がれるか、アーカイブスの形で別領域になって、新しい領域が出来るのか。\\Will the image data in file maintenance be carried over? Will it just carry over where it will use a separate section as archives or will we there be a new section for it?

「ファイル管理」内の画像データは引き継がれますが、データの引き継ぎ方法については現在検討中です。
The image data will be carried over from those within file maintenance, we are currently looking into methods to carry over the data.

・日記のコメントは残りますか？
日記への他のプレイヤーからのコメントも大事な思い出ですので、日記本体だけでなく、コメントも含めての保全をお願いします。
Will the diary comments remain?
I believe comments from other players on the comments are important so would like not only the diary entry itself but save the comments as well.

・いいね！のリストは残りますか？
数だけでなく、だれがいいね！押してくれたのかも残るとありがたいです。
Will the "Like!" list remain? Would be nice if not only the number of "Likes" it has but who pushed it as well.

「いいね！」をつけたキャラクターの一覧も残ります。
The list of character's who pressed the "Like!" will remain.

・アーカイブスの日記に新生後、新しくコメント、いいね！は付けられますか？
After ARR can you still put "Like" on archived diary posts?

アーカイブスの日記には、新しくコメントしたり、「いいね！」をつけることはできなくなります。
You will not be able to add new comments or press the "Like!" button for those diaries in archive.

・キャラクターページにある、日記投稿数、コメント数、いいね！数はリセットされますか？
Will the number of posts, comments, and likes be reset?

現行The Lodestone上のキャラクターページトップの右に表示される以下のデータはそのまま残ります。新生The Lodestoneについては新たにカウントが開始されます。

投稿した日記／投稿した日記コメント／フォロー数／フォロワー数／「いいね！」を受けた数

The information currently showing on the current The Lodestone right side of character top page will remain. For ARR The Lodestone it will start a new count.

Submitted diary entries / submitted diary comments / Number of Following / Number of followers / number of Likes received.

されるとは思いますが、一応確認です。
Will the Following/Follower information remain?
I believe it will but just want to confirm.

Some info regarding the benchmark software with character make

何故、現行で使用しているキャラをひな形に読み込ませることが出来ないのでしょうか？
現行キャラデータはローカル保存されています。通信機能は関係無いのでは無いでしょうか。
装備類は初期装備でもなんら不便はありません。
新生時にキャラメイクしなおせるとの事ですが、ローンチ前にゆっくりとそこら辺の検討をしたいのです。
Why can't you load the current character data's? Current character data is saved locally and doesn't require any communication feature. I have no problem with the gear with the default gear. It is stated you can redo the character make in ARR but I would like enough time to play around before launch.

ローカル保存されているキャラクターデータをベンチマークソフトで読み込むことはできる予定です。新生版のデータに変換された容姿をベンチマークソフト上で自由に調整し、ローカル保存できるようにします。このデータも新生FFXIVの製品版で読み込みできるように調整しています。
We are planning to make it possible to load character data's saved locally. You will be able to adjust the looks data for the ARR version and save it locally and be able to load that data into ARR FFXIV product version.

On an unrelated note, if you look at Triairy's post history, he was doing posts on the German forums prior to doing Japanese posts. Talented individual! I don't recall him ever being present at any SE events, they must have him locked away somewhere. >.>
