Ah this makes perfect sense now, 30 days notice is usually required for changes to a current subscribed service in many places (at least in North America). The December 6th - January 6th notice covers this.

This one is regarding level up sound they used to have in Beta but the problem was that when you leveled everyone around you heard it and it became a problem so they removed it; JP side has a thread requesting to bring it back and fix the issue they had in beta. They want the classic FF like one back (we already have same when we complete leve which rep talks about below)

レベルアップ時のファンファーレについては、すでにコンテンツ達成時にファンファーレが使用されていますが、同じ音を使用するか、別の音を使用するかなど含め前向きに検討していきます。
なお、音が聴こえる範囲については、自PC＋PTメンバーにだけ聴こえる方向であわせて検討を行います。
For level up sound when you level up, it's already used when you complete a content so we will look into using the same sound or different sound. Also for the range for the sound we are looking into so it can only be heard by own PC + PT members.

第三回プレイヤーズアンケートは、パッチ1.20リリース後、
新年を迎えてから（おおよそ1月中旬くらい）実施させて頂こうかと思っています。
For the 3rd players poll, was thinking of doing this after 1.20 after new years (around mid January)

今後の運営にまつわるアップデート項目と新生について、

Which would you prefer for next class to be released?

・スカウトクラス（シーフなど）
scout class (like Thief)
・キャスタークラス（RangeDD+Debuff）
caster class （RangeDD+Debuff）
・ペットクラス（Pet user+debuff)
Pet class （Pet user+debuff)

とかは、ご意見を伺ってみても良いかなと。
もちろんバトルバランスの兼ね合いもあるので、
100%アンケート通りに実装されるかどうかは、また別問題ではあります。
ただ、長期計画の上で、非常に参考になる意見もお聞きできるかなと思ってます＾＾
These kind of stuff I think it's ok to get feedbacks on. Also have to check the battle balance so it's another problem if it will be released 100% same as the poll but hoping we can hear suggestions for long term plans so it will help us ^^
