so basically this means 10 mil gil will be 1 mil in 2.0, did i get this right or does it still mean if i'm at 100mil it'll be 99mil in 2.0?
i'm slightly confused XD

It must be where when you equip the weapon you get unlimited arrows as a set. Don't need skill to refill arrows and bag is going to be lighter so I think it's good.

アイテム枠を矢弾で消費することや、矢弾だけを購入する、矢筒に矢をこめるということはなくなります。
Yes, by getting rid of the arrows; bows will now come with unlimited arrows as a set. Therefore you wont need to spend a item slot for arrows or need to buy arrows or refill the quiver with arrows.

あと、懐具合を気にせずに乱れ撃ちし放題なのも地味に嬉しいかな。
でも、デバフ矢を切り替えて運用みたいな事が出来なくなりそうなのはチョイと残念・・・。
（何か別の手段が用意されるのかしら？）
Also I'm bit happy I can use barrage without worrying about money. But bit sad at same time that this will not allow stuff like switching to debuff arrows. (Maybe it's coming in a different method?)

デバフ効果については、アクション側で吸収することになり、アクションにデバフ効果が付くよう変更されます。
Regarding debuff effects - This will be absorbed through action side and will be changed to where the debuff effect will be attached on actions.

Nice. So archers/bard can switch debuff effects on the fly depending on the situation. Sounds convenient on our inventory bag and in the heat of battle.

There are few in there that are being planned for release in ARR
I will comment on the ones I can answer at this time.

リンクシェルのシェルリーダーの権限を移動できるようにして欲しい。
リーダーが来なくなると、サブリーダーの発行もできない状況に陥ってしまうため。
Would like to be able to move linkshell's leader authority. When leader doesn't show up it ends up in a situation where we can't even assign a sub leader.

リンクシェルの機能は、基本的にフリーカンパニーに引き継がれ、リンクシェルはチャットチャンネルのような扱いになります。もちろん、フリーカンパニーのリーダー権限は委譲することができるようになりますのでご安心ください。
Linkshell's features will basically be transfered to Free Company and linkshell will be more like a chat channel. Also in Free Company you will be able to transfer leader authority so please don't worry.

LSごとのユニフォーム。
ジャージや制服、体操着のようなもの。
あったらいいなぁ～。
Would be nice if there was uniforms for each LS - jackets or like exercise wears

フリーカンパニーのユニフォームとまではいきませんが、フリーカンパニーのクレストを一部の装備品につけることができるようになる予定です。
It isn't uniform for the Free Company but it's planned where you can have the Free Companies crest in some of the equipment.

自分の出品したものが売れたかどうか、自分の家や宿でチェック出来るとイイナー。
Would be nice if you can check the status of the item you put up on market from your house or Inn

リテイナーで何のアイテムが売れたのかなどの情報を、何らかの形で知らせることができるよう検討を進めています。
We are looking into having a way a retainer can give the information on what items was sold and such information in some way.

Seems like there are some parts were worrying people so I will comment on those.

フリーカンパニーは最低結成人数が4人で、人員は増やせます。
フリーカンパニーはグランドカンパニーに設立申請することでグランドカンパニーの下部組織として編成されます。
フリーカンパニー自体にはグランドカンパニーによる縛りはありません。
Free companies minimum required is 4 people and you can increase.
Free company is formed by applying through Grand Company and listed as lower branch of Grand Company
Free company itself doesn't have any restrictions from Grand Company.

はい、この3点はあっています。
最低結成人数が4人であって、4人限定ではありません。
Yes, these three are correct.
Minimum required to form is 4 people and doesn't mean it's limited to only 4 people.

上限とかもうすこし開示して欲しいですね；

フリーカンパニー所属メンバーの上限ですが、どこまでを上限とするかはまだ確定しておらず、
引き続き検討を進めますが、少なくても100人以上は所属できるようにする予定です。
Currently we don't have a set maximum limit for the Free Company, we will continue to look into this but we are planning to make it possible to have at least over 100 people.

Regarding old/dated recipe/gear

旧レシピの取扱いについてのフィードバックありがとうございます。
Thank you for the feedbacks regarding how the dated recipe will be handled.

現状ではレシピ改修以降も旧レシピでの製作が可能ですが、新生版サービス開始時より旧レシピでは製作ができないようになります。
Currently post recipe modifications it is still possible to craft with old recipes but at the time of ARR service start you will not be able to craft using old recipe.

また、†マークのついたアイテムについては、Ex属性化しトレード不可になります。
その他アイテムの取扱いなどについては現在トピックス公開に向けて準備をしていますので、今しばらくお待ちくさい。
Also for dated gears - they will have Ex stats and cannot be traded.
For other items we are currently preparing information to be posted on Topics section so please wait for that one.

http://goo.gl/DD2Df - not sure if this applies to the NA? talking about net cafe accounts in Japan where some are worried their data isn't going to be transfered but Triairy saying don't worry they will also be transfered updated so they will be able to play with their characters in ARR at net cafe.

Yep I remember seeing that one also + remember them also saying the notification icon in the 2.0 UI will have info such as this one to check on your market item status.
