    Translations (JP to English)

    Some people want to see what the JP reps and devs are posting on here + other sources so this thread is for all those translations.

    I'll try to post links with subjects on the OP and 2nd post to make it easier, if its related to your thread, another thread just copy/paste or w/e you want to do with it.

    Please remember my translations may not be 100% accurate. I understand what it means in Japanese but having hard time putting it into better words in English due to lack of vocabulary... (Wife complains about this about me too...) If you want you can try auto-translators but those are harder to use for JP to English. Or you can wait for the official translation from the reps.


    If the translation is from another person(s) or devs or community reps post, if you like the post please go to the original post and give them the LIKE button putting like button on mine wont make the original post stand out for the devs to see what users/players like, want.
    (Click on the blue arrow next to the person name in the quote will go to the original post. )

    Translations are done on my free time during work or at home after my son goes to sleep; so don't expect translations to be done right away, Soukyuu also does translate stuff so he might post ealier than mines.

    If you have stuff you want me to translate (FFXIV related) post link here and I'll try and see what I can do, if the link has nothing to do with it or not important info I'll probably just respond with brief answer to what it's about.

    Red = Translation (not 100%! Best I can translate for you to understand)
    Blue = My own comments, or direct translation word by word on some stuff I'm having hard time translating to see if you can figure out better term for it.

    New Translations will have **NEW** next to it, once I do the translations after that one on different date I will remove them. (Thanks for the idea )

    • 07/15/11 - Moved older post from post #2 to post #4, changed ordering of translations from new to old, separated Yoshida Producers responses and Reps Responses so it's easier to see which is which.

    In his post he was talking about quests and stuff how right now they are trying to increase number of quests available since this game didn't any ANY to begin with and once enough amount is put into the game will start connecting the quests to the stories. I guess stuff we asked like having quest relate, give more information on history, or city, or current situation, etc.
