Loot Lost during Turn 2, World server Crash

Following a GM response, I am now following up with my inquiry on loot lost during turn 2, due to massive 90k across the server.

Date & Time:
Feb 24th, around 9:00 PST.

Description:
During the looting process of Binding Coils of Behamut Turn 2, a massive 90k struck the whole party while loot was being distributed which cause one of the items (Allagan gloves of Striking) to be lost. Please address this issue as soon as possible upon recovering this item.

The Loot that dropped are:
Allagan Ring of Fending---> Ashe Highwind has OBTAINED this item.
Allagan Gloves of Striking ---> Kimonokai Ryuzor was suppose to get it, but was UNABLE to obtain item due to 90k that hit the party.

I lost loot from turn 4. I have been doing coil for over 4-5 months, and have never seen my bard boots yet. It dropped from t4 on Monday night, but the servers crashed. We lost all the loot and the items weren't recoverable.

I'm on Ultros, and this occurred on 9:30pm EST. I was also streaming when this occurred. So there's video evidence.

Loot:
- Allagan Boots of Aiming: Kami Neko(me - only bard in party)
- Allagan rope belt of healing: Catkat Kin(WHM)


I tried contacting support or a GM. It's been two days with no luck.

They didn't give the T5 crash ppl their loot back, you aren't getting yours either.

There's no point in trying to prove it because a) they aren't going to bother looking into it in the first place and b) ...they won't just hand you gear regardless of how much you try and detail it.

But just to be clear i had this happen on t2 once as well, sent a proffesionaly detailed and polite message about it, and they flat out said
No we cant restore items, sorry for the inconvenience"

Much as I expected.

I don't think I'll get our loot back. But if enough people report the same issue, maybe there's a possibility?

Many people on my server reported missing loot from turn 5. It sounds like a big deal across multiple servers.

I had a heated argument with a GM in-game about the inability to restore lost items from occurrences such as this. His response was that if enough buzz was created on the forums, then it would be possible to implement these types of service.

While I'm not holding my breath that something like this will make it to their attention, adding to this thread / liking it will certainly increase the odds of them taking it seriously.

Also OT but....... master loot system. Pretty Please?
