Residential Ward Board FC Name Colors?

When you are selecting a Residential Ward to warp to (The same page it lists the prices for all the plots, and current FC owners of taken plots), I have noticed that some FC names are Green, while others (like mine) are listed in Red. What does this stand for?

I thought maybe it had something to do with original company alignment, or being an outsider (Since my FC is Immortal Flames, but owns a Limsa/Mist house), yet when I checked other FC's listed, they are from all 3 city-states, so that can't be it.

So does anyone know what the difference between Red and Green names are? Or what it stands for?

Any info on this would be appreciated,

Green homes are those that are open to the public, red are ones that are closed.

Those homes that are open appear blue on the map, and yellow if they are closed.
