Lost Items due to Server disconnections problems on January 6th!

January 6 my coil group and I where running turn 1 of coil had just completed Final boss fight and received the Lnc/drg chest peice and the Allagan Ring of striking for drops. I lotted the Ring it sorted into my inventory I immediately equipped the ring and within 10 sec my entire group was disconnected from server. When we all got back on i went to look at the new ring on my character page and it was gone. So i asked my friend that received the lnc/drg body if he still had his peice and he had also lost it. I very friendly GM assisted me with this today and requested that i make a post here. ( GM Bublex) Hopefully u can find the cause of this issue so future issues dont happen to other players as it was an extremely frustrateing process to recovery my drop
