Lauriane in Mor Dhona Bar

Always, The issue is happening for everyone that has not started the quest before the maintenance roughly 2 weeks ago

In-Game Time:
It's been an issue for the past week or so.

Steps:
1. Teleport or walk to mor dhona.
2. Walk into the bar located at 22X 8Y
3. Walk up to lauriane while she has an Exclamation above her head showing she has a quest to give.
4. Attempt to interact with Lauriane.

Result: Lauriane will not interact with the player, this is a similar issue to the one happening with Raubahn in Hearts on Fire Quest.

I am also having this issue, as are other people around me. The quest giver is glitched and it is not possible to obtain the Maniac Manor quest. Weekly reset just took place, and this NPC is still glitched.

Restarting the game, changing gear sets (jobs), and other monkeying around does not clear the error. At this point, it appears that it is not possible for any players to obtain the Maniac Manor quest.

Can we please get this cleared up?

I'm also on Gilgamesh and I have the same issue with the quest dialog not coming up when clicking on Lauriane.
