Black Screen launcher without any error

Need help i am having a black screen last day January 10,2014 , start when i open my launcher and nothing happened, first i receive some error from IE and now im not receiving any error, only black screen.

I'm trying to run as admin 17 hours from now,and nothing in the launcher,only black.

I try resetting my Internet Explorer 8, deleting my FFXIV in MyDoc>MyGames,checking for malwares,disable my firewall and Antivirus (MSE),changing the ffxiv_boot.cfg and many other things,deleting my cache,etc.

I'm sick of this problem, now i need some help from the Final Fantasy Support,hope you Read This as Soon as Possible ! This is Terrible, now is weekends my only time to play long and this is happening.

last day i used Smart Broadband ISP and Run well,the problem starts when i got home using PLDT,

I am afraid I cannot help with this issue, but have today developed the same problem. I login at launcher then press play. It goes to black screen and minimises but progresses no further. Have tried reinstalling FFXIV, checking/reinstalling graphics drivers, but no sucess so far. Help really would be appreciated.

I kept persisting with login and eventually got into the game. The problem has not reappeared so far. Keeping my fingures crossed.
