Crystal Tower Queue In Progress Lockout Glitch

So I've seen people posting about the CT glitches where mobs get locked out in combat, I had the "pleasure" of joining one such group today. I didn't get to observe the glitch happen, I rather joined a group that had caused it somehow. After they wiped, KB stayed in combat.

Only way we know of is for everyone to exit to end the instance. . .or so we thought. I queued back up and joined it as the only member! I took footage to show it, then exited promptly.
