    Monk Job Ability Help!

    I feel like this is a stupid question but I haven't learned Shoulder Tackle or Fists of Fire yet and I am level 42? I thought these were just unlocked at level 35 & 40? Or am I a dummy and missed a quest or something? Any helpful input is appreciated
