Steps:
1. Talked to the NPC Cailean at 7X, 28Y in Coerthas Central Highlands.

2. Accepted the Lv.44 Quest "Doubt Truth to Be a Liar".

--2 possible forms to replicate. 3a and 3b.

3a. Ran (no mount) to coordinates 9Y, 28Y into the closest map orange map mark (1 of 3 marks). Found a Garlean Sword and clicked it, 2 enemies appeared, defeated them, and got a 1/3 quest done message. But the orange map mark circle on the map did not dissapeared, instead, the orange quest map mark from 11X, 30Y dissapeared from the map, where a Garlean Man NPC is standing, even without the orange map mark surrounding him.

3b. Ran (no mount) to coordinates 11X, 30Y into the 2nd closest orange map mark (1 of 3 marks). Found a Garlean Man NPC standing, talked to him, then use the emote /doubt on him, then he ran off, and got a 1/3 quest done message. But the orange map mark circle on the map did not dissapeared, instead, the orange quest map mark from 9X, 28Y dissapeared from the map, where a Garlean Sword is, even without the orange map mark surrounding it.
