Housing Ideas and Feature Requests

I'd like to hire servant NPCs for the house. They could be personal vendors, retainers, etc.

I'd like a crafting bank of sorts in that if I craft at it or by it, it draws from the bank and not my inventory (letting gatherers deposit things there for crafters for easier use)

A strategic table would be cool^^
Let me explain that:
A crafted table on which you can Show different maps (Dungeons, primal fights,...) and on which you can position markers (representing your Group members, Mobs, bosses, Aoes, traps). Now when someone interacts with the table it zooms in (so you have the whole table in your Screen) and you can either just watch other People Change things on the table or Change things yourself.
This would really help organizing for raids ingame, everyone would know what to expect and how to move during the fights (at least theoretically) even if it is their first time. I know that such a Feature is not necessary, but i think having something like this would be really cool (and actually usefull compared for other furniture). The Table could be made by crafters using nummerous steps and materials (maybe it would Need multiple crafters to work together to make different parts of the table), and the maps and markers could also be made by crafters (so they have allot to do with that).

What do you guys think of that?

How about allowing a message board on the property somewhere to advertise your FC for ppl to apply to it as well as a listing on said msg board listing an FCs achievments as far as dungeon/primal/other content as its released and completed for all to see. seems like a good way to advertise your FC.

I have a feeling this would be really hard to implement, yet I think it'd be awesome to have the ability to place pictures containing screenshots in our houses. It'd really give our house's that personal touch.

We need everything listed here including:
1. Floor to ceiling windows like in LL inn.
2. multiple paintings on a single wall.

It would be nice to have the possibility to take a screen in game and have a tool in-game to put it in a wall-picture for housing.

So it can be sold too in market with different and 'unique' sceneries (with the possibility to view a preview of the screen before buying).
