To leave some space to the camera, if I'd have to guess.I finally managed to get a house last Christmas.
atm I am having only one pet peeve and that is why on earth does the character port in so far from the door? I wanted to make a nice hallway with a counter for my servants but when enter the house I end up getting stuck in the wall >_>.
PLEASE give us an option for removing all the beams in the walls. It's incredibly annoying to have big spaces behind fireplaces or bookcases.
More kinds of trees for outside (like pine trees, snow covered trees, withered etc)
Dyeable partitions. You can dye the mahogany partition but none of the others.
Stackable crates (big ones) like the NPCs have. More warehouse-type stuff for those who want to make their basement look like a workshop/warehouse.
Bigger rugs like the Large Woven Rug since it eats up a lot of slots if you don't want a huge amount of open floor.
Table sets like the Riviera Garden Table Set for inside. Setting up tables and chairs eats up a lot of slots, as does food. Long straight counters would be a nice addition as well for those of us with bar sections.
More miniatures like the Odin and Magitek ones we already have. Airships miniatures, different monsters, bosses, houses, landmarks etc.
Able to change the inside layout to Glade/Oasis/Riviera. Why lock us into one style when most have changed the outside look already? There's no reason to do it.
Would be nice as well. What I had in mind was just a normal partition that you could dye in case you wanted it darker or lighter or a completely different color.
I'd like to see textures for the grass surrounding the outside of our houses. It's noticably different, for example, in Lavender Beds than it is Mist. Turfs are a thing, so it would be nice to have a little more variety.
The ability to move my room in an FC to another slot without having to abandon the room itself, and the ability to buy multiple rooms in an FC on a single character - mind, both of these come from a role-player, and my FC is small (which means there's probably no chance of ever hitting the maximum members), and many of us 'donate' our room for company use... it'd just be nice to have the option of purchasing a few without needing to level an alt or eight on a server where alts are nearly (not completely, but nearly) an impossibility and the potential for individual housing is laughably so slim you'd probably have a better chance getting an alt on the server than seeing a free house.
At the very least, give us Oasis and Glade doors! Right now only Mist residents can use doors that don't clash with their walls/pillars.
It would be ideal to get Chameleon Partitions and Doors, but if that isn't possible, it should be easy enough to provide us with doors to match the two other default walls.
In full support. I would say these options are definitely in the works we already have district versions of most Glade/Riviera/Oasis furnishings. At the very least, give us Oasis and Glade doors! Right now only Mist residents can use doors that don't clash with their walls/pillars.
