    Does Grand Company affiliation effect where you can buy a Free Company house?

    I'm just a bit curious, so that I know ahead of time before saving up the Gil. Thanks to anyone who can shed some light for me. ^^

    If it's common info, I'm sorry for posting about it. :x

    For example, if the FC is with immortal flames, can they not set up in limsa or gridania is what I'm getting at.

    No - you can buy house independent of that. If you actually go in the housing area and "talk" to the NPC there it will explain it in one of the options.
