Doesn't seem to be a make / break scenario if it's only 1-2% as you'll most likely need to kill the snakes with Limit Break 3 from Casters. This is correct, farming T5 for awhile now you will not miss 1 shot on "Twintania" with as low as 471acc. However you will miss 1-2% on Asclep which requires 480 acc to be 100% no miss. I will continue to drop my Acc on Twin slowly to see how far I can push down my acc stat before missing my first shot on Twin. My numbers are from over well over 30hours on Twin. @work so no ss to show stats/numbers.
I came up with this as a possible BiS:
HQ Deviled Eggs
That puts you (as seeker of the sun) at :
Dex 497 (+221)
Acc 488 (+147)
Crit 570 (+229)
Det 251 (+49)
SS 379 (+38)
Curious to see what people think about it since it's what I'm aiming for >.<

Don't know why you'd shoot for Elfin over Allagan bow.
Your weights will be inferior to the 11 mainstat weight of the Allagan bow in just weapon damage and dexterity over 90 bows. Those 20 points of crit and 10 points of det you gain over my bis aren't gonna help your dps in comparison.

So does anyone have the stat difference of:
Full AF+1 Gear with all Hero Accessories
Full Allegan Gear with Allagan Accessories
Be very interested in what the difference comes out as but am too lazy to do the work...LOL!
Playing since Beta phase 3
was it ever explained why bard is the only job with 4 pieces only dropping in turn 5? I know they arent all BIS but just curious as to why
+/- 2.1 changes on Allagan bow, spreadsheet was post 2.1.

I'm aware absolute best performance would require acc cap, which BiS supplies, but I'm more talking about 'everyday' gearing decisions. On the road to BiS it seems impossible not to fall below the cap, but does anyone think the occasional miss is more of a DPS loss than equipping acc-heavy DL over Allagan? What about say, swapping a +acc +skill speed i90 piece for a +crit +det i90 that dropped you slightly below cap? For some classes in some games not having 100% hit is a massive loss and is never worth it, but is this true for bard (assuming hit rate remains in the 97-99% range)?
Again not an issue for the BiS bard, but very much a thing to consider for the bard still gearing up.
