Crystal Tower is complete and utter garbage.

I see why SE didnt want us to be able create 24 man groups, because that would make their content(which has a loot lock out) too easy to clear.

24 random people simply cannot work together, out of the 12 runs I've been in today only 2 have been able to clear it. On top of that the 8 people I put together even in 90 gear cannot carry the rest of the 16 through.

I'm getting so fed up with this game, it has been years, YEARS since I have feelings of wanted to throw my computer across the room while playing a videogame, and this sure has done it.

It's totally fine to be inexperienced to the dungeon and not know what to do, I would be more than happy to explain it to you, but people simply will NOT work together, will NOT try to learn, will NOT TRY TO DO ANYTHING.

Everyday closer to unsubbing, once another time sink video game comes out I'm likely gone unless this shapes up, Because this isnt fun, this is beyond irritating.

Did it on my first try as well as many others. One person took the lead, explained the fight mechanics, and gives each Alliance orders. Only wipe twice and that's with some people still in 80-100% DL gears.

Really? Had a close one on my first try earlier, df'd it with a friend as a tank. Would people just rage quit or what? We wiped probably 2 -3 times on each boss and beat it with 5 mins left, it was awesome.

If you're in mostly 90 gear, go run Ultima HM, or the Extreme Primals. Those will be quite a bit more challenging, I assure you.

CT is amazing, if you are trying to carry the dungeon with 8 people in ilvl 90 gear you are doing it wrong. One group needs to take charge its true to give orders. But you have to work together and it seems like you guys didn't want to work with them just as much as they weren't working with everyone else. I haven't failed a run yet with duty finder haven't got a drop yet but hey it will happen.

I've had a great time doing CT, had a few wipes happen here and there but people were more than willing to make the adjustments and cooperate with each other in my experiences in there. Honestly if you feel the need to get frustrated and impatient with people just know that it will not solve anything.

Bad runs happen to all of us and that doesn't just go for Crystal Tower in specific, that counts toward all content in any game you play. Generally if you maintain a positive attitude even if those around you are not performing up to snuff, you will find that in general you will have a far better time even in failure than you would if you were to let the negatives expand bigger than the actual problems were to begin with. Sometimes you just gotta let it go, take a break and come back with a refreshed mindset.
