Glad you were able to be helped out! New pet controls are amazing. Yea we gotta target a mob in the beginning but meh, apart from that, it works really well.I've also realized since my p! , that I had a macro written incorrectly, so I may have confused it with that.
LOVE the obey macros you guys have posted!!!
So strange, however, the idea of pressing steady after obey - I mean, shouldn't those actually be different stances?
Logically speaking, shouldn't it be:
Sic = fairy does what it wants
Obey = fairy follows caster commands
Steady = fairy does nothing
At any rate, I do the obey + heel combo and that works fine.
Greetings,
Pet behavior prior to 2.1 that allowed you to give orders to your pet while they were in Sic mode was a bug. We realize that the fix may feel like an inconvenience due to the changing of the way it works, but we appreciate your understanding.
The development team does, however, understand that not being able to switch to Obey when there are no enemies is inconvenient, and they’ve already begun to look into whether or not they can make adjustments to this. While I can’t make any promises, they would like to make adjustments as best as they can.

Along those lines, having to ALSO press heel after casting obey is an added annoyance.Greetings,

I don't understand why pressing obey should simultaneously tell the fairy to remain in that position.
At any rate, glad the team is looking into possible improvements.
Just making obey the default setting when we summon our fairy would be a good start.

I don't get why we have all this behavior crap. Why not have Active and Passive mode while allowing us to individually toggle which spells we want to use manually or leave to the AI discretion?
Would it be possible to put an icon in the pet's status bar so it is easier to know if they are in Sic or Obey?
Why is it hard to make Obey work on a friendly target? so sch can control their fairies the same way smn do? -.-Greetings,

pets should work like they do in world of warcraft. right click to set their skills to automatic and left click to force her to do what i want !!!

@Artair
thank you for this! this puts it in words that a non-frequent macro user can understand. I'm using this now and it's working fine.
