So am I right in understanding that I get 6 allowances a day but I can only do 3 quests per tribe as in 3 for sylph and 3 for almajhad? I cant use all 6 for one tribe a day?

They don't offer more than three quests at Neutral relationship anyway, so it's not as if you're missing out on anything.

They become available at level 42 for the Sylphs and level 43 for the Amaal'ja. You can pick up the starter quests at the GC HQ in Gridania and Ul'dah respectively.

Not exactly. You'll never have more than 6 per day, but when you get above Neutral, you may have the option to do more than 3 with a single tribe, at the cost of doing less than three with the other tribe. Not quite certain yet as they just came out...

I can confirm this is not the case. I unlocked the beast tribe dailies yesterday but didn't do any of the dailies. I had 6 when I logged in to do them today.

No. You get 6 each day. If you don't use them, they expire and you get 6 new ones. So...the most you can ever have at one time is always 6.
