Couples geting the shaft on duty roulette

As one of the many couples playing this game, my husband and I level up our characters together exclusively. Thus we can't use the duty roulette at all. SE please make it so people can join roulette with a max. of 2 people in party? Your game especially has a large number of couples playing, this works against every one of them that want to play together.

Is it really a problem not to use the roulette?

You simply got one more option, the others stay as they are. When i play with two of my friends and we have two tanks/healer we can't join DF to get a random player we have to find a fourth one to be able to enter. We adapt, what is it you are doing?

Well, many of us like to play with our friends, and only play when our spouse/significant other are playing. Forcing us to play apart is annoying and unnecessary. If you're not queuing with a full group, you should be able to bring up to 3/4 players.

If they're worried about the vote system for MVP, all they would have to do is disable the ability to vote for the people you queued with and only be able to vote for the "randoms" you paired with.

As a wife who plays with her husband every day on this game I say this to the original poster; please learn to play without your partner in the party. I sit next to my husband as we do individual activities with any issues. If you both wish to use the duty roulette, queue up at the same time and enjoy doing different dungeons at the same time with different people. It's fun, trust me, they're just small time dungeons in the end.

I did think 'daw, I wont benefit from the leet bonus of duty roulette by going in with my partner' but the whole point in it is to go out and help others who aren't able to party up with friends and do the content. I look forward to doing some random dungeons, and, as much as I love my partner of 8 years... lmao, I think I can manage one dungeon a day without him!! XD

The idea of the roulette is not to get some spare XP while leveling, but to get players to replay instances they have already passed, so the newer players don't have to wait for hours (especially DDs) to continue with their story/progress.
If they'd open up two player roulette that would be one slot less for a new player.

And we would see posts popping up with players asking to be able to play in a three-way Roulette with their partner and their child

I am lost. So you also do all crafting together? What about the mandatory single player quests for progression? Should SE add an option to have the the partners joining in? Even if is just to hold the hands..
