<Panda> Pandemonium - Casual FC looking for UK/EU players

Hi There folks,

Pandemonium is seeking new members for current content and ready for heavensward.
We are primarily a UK/EU based free company, however so long as your english is decent you are welcome to join us.
There are no level or class restrictions for joining but we want players with a mature attitude and a sense of humor helps.

We raid 4 times a week 2 days starting at 8:30pm server time and 2 days starting at 10:30pm server time.
We Raid Second Coil and Turn 5 to help newer players and also Extreme Primals (All cleared).
And we are also looking for people eager to Raid Alexander in Heavensward after release.
Teamspeak is mandatory for Raids however a microphone is optional so long as you can hear instructions.

We pride ourselves on a friendly a social atmosphere.
We run social social events such as the "Panda Pot" and "Minion Roulette" with prizes!
The teamspeak is also available for social use.

Hi. I'm seeking players with similar goals to myself. If you have time to check this post, my exact interests are outlined - http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-slow-and-easy.

Do you think there many players in Pandemonium would have similar interests? The main concern for me is playing with people who are really not bothered by failing multiple times, and can still have fun regardless (don't worry, I'm not an exceptionally useless player, I just don't want to play with someone who can't tolerate mistakes and support players who are struggling - myself or any other party member). While my last Free Company were really cool and always happy to slow down for me, knowing most of the guys would really prefer to crack on in the duty roulette / duty finder, I didn't feel right to keep asking. It's important to me that the group has the same objective (fun / respect > completion / tomes / progress), as I really don't want to hinder players who are keen to progress quickly but just kind enough to slow down.

I can accept grudgingly to use duty finder when I get to Crystal Tower, but otherwise I'd rather avoid using duty finder altogether to avoid meeting players with conflicting interests. Would that be an issue? Party finder is cool if we set the criteria to slow and easy, though I know it can take ages to get a group that way.

- edit: essentially I've hit lvl50 and want to keep progressing to raid content, but not have to play in a way I don't enjoy to get there.
