I'm still waiting for "End Game" Gear. So far everything they have brought out does not seem "End Game" to me. Where is our + to specific class skills? Where is + / - Threat(enmity) on Tank / Healer/DD Roles?
Or even things like Increased TP Gain on certain slots? They have already mentioned that Resistances don't really make that big of a difference, why do the add Resistance to Primal Weapons, and not lets say Elemental Aspect Damage?
I'm waiting Yoshi ... Please come through.
On a side note, we are 3 Months into the Game and we already have Extreme Mode Primals, will they really be 'Extreme' by 2.2? or by Xpac?
I believe Yoshi said something about the gear progression currently being basically only vertical, they don't want to make the gear choices to large immediately so new players have an easier time choosing their "good' pieces. As the game progresses and people learn more about it we should get more choices to pick from I think. It does kind of bother me that the resistances seem really pointless, but hey who knows the games still new and I'm sure we have plenty of changes to come in the game.
In before someone calls me out on contradicting myself on wanting better End Game Gear but not Extreme Primal yet.

Can't believe people are complaining about this.
People are complaining a few threads down about how shitty Darklight is with their no /hood or /visor option. Then CT gear comes out that is an upgrade to it WITH separate pieces...and they STILL complain. COME ON PEOPLE.
I personally think they all look awesome. Yes, some of them are revamped old gear, but they did a good job choosing the good sets. I've always liked the BattleMage gear (even better than AF), and I'm glad it's making a reskinned appearance.

I agree with you. I love how the CT gear looks.
1. MONK's looks badass, rocking the ninja-ish look, could do without the eyepatch though, but still, it looks badass
2. WHM looks good. ^^
3. I think the BRD's could use some work, I think the Black and Red look would have looked better on it.
3. BLM...Erm....I'm not going there on that O_o
4. The Warrior of Light outfit is ok.
5. The Blue outfit looks so so, I'll give it that.
Other than that, I've got nothing else to say about them.

Everything excluding the Warrior/Paladin(IDK) and the Monk look like SE designers are running out of ideas...
Still cant figure out with is the BRD,WHM,BLM,LNC,SMN or SCH...(unless they're cross-class gear)
The red and white looks like it belongs on a RDM!

Not sure if they're getting resources from the French or they just tired and they're pulling cra.... (ahem)
Need to hire a new creative/design team yo!
