Cutscenes in Quests

Good evening! I wasn't sure where to put this, but here we go. So I'm sure some or most of you remember the Version 1.0 cutscenes. If not, here is a link.

Now. Compare that to ARR's new cutscenes. You all know what they look like. They have literally no animation. I don't mind voice acting, though that would be very nice to have as well. But my biggest beef is the animation.

My characters, they do stuff and the like. But it feels... machinated. Not proper Final Fantasy animation where I feel alive, where I feel like I'm part of the character, Like I *AM* the character, like I did in Version 1.0.

Is there any news or has Yoshi-P commented on whether or not these in-game cutscenes will be changed to have proper animation? Please let me know. I've scoured the internet (No, not really, that'd take me a few years.) but found nothing.

OK, i didnt watch them all, and i never played 1.0, but i have to say, i like them ALOT better than the current ones

Yup yup, I just wonder if Yoshi-P will replace the current ones with proper animated ones... eventually, I hope. The story is great, it'd be even more amazing with the animated cutscenes.

I do prefer the 1.0 Custscnes. Never played it, but playing ARR... with the new set up we have, adding animation would be a good start!
