EDIT: Allow me to clarify...

Yes, I did have a dungeon where the healer was DPSing while doing a ripper job at keeping us alive. This is by far the most sought after healer and with good reason.

My case and point: if I am faced with choosing between a healer that wont DPS and the party lives vs a healer that DPS's and people die and/or the group repeatedly wipes due to this, I will forever choose the first option.

Unfortunately, BLM is my main but I love not doing dps in dungeons as SCH. Gives me time to read manga while gaining tomes!

I only DPS during Caduceus on my WHM. Haven't been able to beat him yet though

I prefer to adapt, I heal constantly first and if I wind up standing around too much then I juggle healing and DPS.

Admittingly, I don't like to DPS to my full potential because sometimes trying to turn Cleric Stance off is a pain in the butt!

Don't want us to dps in dungeons? We could still put Divine Seal + Regen on tank and go afk for the rest of the fight if you wish.
