The legacy "Crystal Bearer" title no longer appearing as a wearable title

Earlier today I noticed that I was missing my "Crystal Bearer" title from my list of wearable titles. I tried relogging, but that did not fix the issue. I have the achievement listed still in my achievement log, and I had worn the title before in ARR, but the title is nowhere to be seen now.
