Which do you find easier?

So I haven't gotten that far with both classes, but from the earlier dungeons getting MRD/WAR to 35 and GLA to 23 so far, I've found that tanking as a MRD is much easier for me.

I've talked to various other tanks in my FC and most of them found it odd and that tanking as a GLA should be easier. Most of them find it boring and way too easy and overall hate being a GLA and much rather be a MRD. I find it difficult and frustrating for some reason, kinda can't get a few parts of it down to hold hate as strongly as when I was a MRD working my way up to WAR. Save the "Well you just suck at it" comments if you will, I know that I do. What I'm more interested in is seeing which everyone else felt more at ease with.

Exactly what I do! But ever since I got my allagan axe, I've been playing more of warrior but still maintaining the laziness of a pally.

I think it's more different strokes for different folks. I like the look and feel of Warrior over Paladin in this game and that says a great deal since I love swords.

I get the blms mad when they sleep things and I aoe spam em all. There really is no reason to sleep in low dungeons if your level sync from 50 war in ilvl 70+ gear.

MRD/WAR is easier in lower level areas, thanks to Overpower and more overall bulk. But once GLD/PLD unlocks its bread-and-butter skills (it takes way too long to get access to both Halone and Shield Oath), it becomes the most brain-dead easy class in the game.

MRD/WAR is honestly about as easy as GLD/PLD. MRD has better AOE aggro, but it's not necessary to have that in low level dungeons. The only hard part of maintaining aggro for GLD is before you get RoH. After that, every dungeon is a breeze for both.

I agree, once PLD gets Sheild Oath, it becomes easier class in the game.
