Able to disable Auto-heal self?

I can turn off enable auto-target, but that still doesn't stop me from auto-healing myself when I press any heal without a target. I was able to do so in 1.0 just by taking off auto-cast self, but I don't see the option in 2.0.

I'm not at home so I can't really check, but would macroing override self auto-target? It may be worth a shot.

Basicly not. It will still selfheal if none of the macro circumstances triggers or if the targets are out of range.
